What activities can enhance your friendship?

To have rewarding relationships with other people and friends during taking part in courses like pathology course, doing fun activities together is the foundation of good relationships. Inviting others to do stuff is the first step in creating friendships. The others can take the form of favours or small daily chores. For wanting to be with others is ok whenever we are willing to share with others that their presence is enough to make us happy. Go for a walk, invite them for a drink to a new café or try out some restaurants you have never been to before.

How do you teach friendship?

Friendship is both learned by modelling and verbal compromise. Many people have different definitions of friendship. You show others that you are friendly and that you enjoy their company by talking openly to them and doing fun activities and creating friendships with their friends. However, relationships need boundaries too. It is equally important to state our needs and requirements, to understand the others’ needs as well, and to learn and maintain a respectful watch of those boundaries. Sometimes, verbal compromise is useful to state what it is not acceptable behaviour. True friends understand warnings and adjust to them.

What are some friendship skills?

Communication is the foremost skill to possess and understand. Many people think that communication is speaking freely about a topic. It is not blabbing. Communication is a skill people need to learn and refine by studying it: Logics, Rhetoric, Oratory. These names are just a glimpse of the branches that studies communication since the birth of humanity. Other friendship skills are:
Empathy, which is a kind of sensibility you can learn and enhance even if you are not born with.
Smiling, which actors know to be one of the most communicative assets we have.
Teaching and Critical Thinking, to engrain in yourself what it feels like to be on the other side of the communication.

How do you teach children about friendship?

Children require adults to focus on good manners and mutual respect, as children have yet to develop a sense of self. Every age requires different boundaries and rules. Rules are critical teaching aids for fun activities and must not become limitations in creating friendships. Children can’t think deeply about these topics, so the more educated the adult, the more values and behaviours the children will absorb from him or her.

What are the 3 types of friendships?

Abusive friendship. Friends share a bond. However, two or more people may end up frequenting each other out of habits or other factors. Thus, some friendships do not share a healthy value system. Not every person in this friendship has the same status and freedom to act like the others. Some have more, and they impose on others.
Fake friendship. Most people act kindly towards each other, but it is not because they are close friends. Sometimes, they don’t even like each other. However, they share a common ground, a hierarchy of values, or the workplace, so they act friendly out of respect, or for the sake of social coexistence.
Close friendship. When two or more friends have good communication and/or lived through many experiences together.

What makes a strong friendship?

When friends meet because they enjoy the company of the other, the relationships grow: people share more details and information about them, so the bond between them gets stronger.
